docs(roadmap): move shipped items to current capabilities and link epics - #17

The roadmap had not changed since 2026-04-10. Token exchange, session management, account lockout, organizations and self-service account security shipped in 0.9.0 but were still listed as planned. Move them to Current capabilities, add SAML, SSO sessions, durable webhooks, i18n and maintenance mode, and add the v0.10 epics (pagination, GDPR self-service, account chooser), pooled realms and the device grant to Next steps. Each started item links to its epic and shows its milestone.

The public roadmap had not changed since 2026-04-10. Token Exchange, session management, account lockout, organizations and self-service account security shipped in 0.9.0 but were still listed under Next steps. This moves them to Current capabilities, adds the shipped features that were missing (SAML 2.0 IdP, SSO sessions, durable webhooks, localized console, maintenance mode), and puts the open v0.10 epics, pooled realms and the device grant in Next steps.
Items that have started now carry a link to their epic and a milestone tag; two optional fields on RoadmapItem, rendered in roadmap.astro. French translations are updated in step.
Not touched: Long term, and the wording of items that have not started (portal builder, authorization service, migrations, passwordless).
EN and FR item counts match per column (10, 11, 6). astro build not run locally; the docker workflow on this PR builds the site.
