firebolt-db/integration-testing-setupuses its major version to select the product: v1 sets up FB 1.0 and v2 sets up FB 2.0. Dependabot treats v1 → v2 as an upgrade and bundles it into the grouped actions PR. That would silently move FB 1.0 integration tests to FB 2.0.This adds an
ignorerule for major updates of that action. Minor and patch updates within each major version still come through. The existing config already has a 7-day cooldown and grouped updates, so nothing else changes.

Note
Low Risk
Dependabot-only change with no runtime code impact; it reduces risk of accidental major action bumps in CI.
Overview
Adds a Dependabot ignore rule on the
github-actionsecosystem so major version bumps offirebolt-db/integration-testing-setupare not proposed. Major versions pick the Firebolt product line (v1 vs v2), not a safe semver upgrade; without this, grouped action updates could move FB 1.0 integration tests onto FB 2.0.Minor and patch updates for that action are unchanged and still flow through the existing schedule, cooldown, and grouping.
