This fixes an inconsistency in the CLI options.

Currently, if the user specifies that the client should accept self-signed certs from the server, and supplies a TLS key and cert for client auth, the supplied key and cert are never used.

This fixes that so allowing self signed server certs can be used together with client auth. A strange combination, but should be allowed.
