Error using version 12 in child #387
Description
We have an error that started in version 12.
I have a component that uses the service to emit messages, the build of this component is generated into a larger 'parent' component, ie it is in node_modules, this parent component after compiled is issuing the following error.
This does not happen in version 9

Can you share a minimum reproducible example? According to the official docs the
forRootpattern is still the standard pattern to provide a service from a library. I don't really get what could be wrong here.
