Update serious_python and all five supporting packages to 4.7.1, pinning python-build 20260921 and dart_bridge 1.10.0. This delivers the macOS asynchronous Python worker stack fix and updates Pyodide to 0.27.8 / 0.29.5 / 314.0.7; CPython versions and wheel platform tags remain unchanged.
Regenerate the runtime tables from the published manifest, update Android and Darwin native versions and all package changelogs, and refresh example dependencies.
Validation: package test passes, generated Dart table analysis passes, and the CLI reports the expected 4.7.1 runtime matrix. All three examples resolve dependencies successfully.
