Bump the
godirective to 1.27.3 (go get go@1.27.3) so the controller is built with a Go release that distrusts the compromised eMudhra intermediate CAs.Go 1.27.3 and 1.26.10 are listed as patched in https://emudhra.we-have-a-problem.com/. The Dockerfile and CI already float on
1.27/1.27.x; raising the minimum ingo.modmakes builds with an older toolchain switch to (or fail without) 1.27.3.
