Ticket types past the first 100 cannot be selected.
defaultOptions makes MuiFormikAsyncAutocomplete call fetchOptions("") only once, on mount. It also sets onInputChange to undefined, so text the user types never reaches queryTicketTypes. The filtering then runs only on the client, over the first TICKET_TYPES_LIMIT (100) results. In a summit with more than 100 ticket types, the user cannot find or select the remaining ticket types. The { name: input } filter in the queryFunction never runs.
Remove defaultOptions so that search runs on the server through the debounced searchTerm path.

handleSearch sends speakers.currentPage with the new term. Suppose the user is on page 3 and searches for a term that matches fewer rows than one page holds.
