Moves the examples onto @gathertown/webhook-object-sdk 0.3.0 and @gathertown/webhook-object-types 0.3.0, published today.

Details

  • packages/*/package.json: ^0.1.1 → ^0.3.0 for the SDK, and for the types package in claude-status. pnpm-lock.yaml refreshed to resolve 0.3.0 of both.
  • docs/reference.md: variant is now listed as a base capability on every preset, with its own section (variant.set { color }, discover colors via ping, no reset method). New signal preset and capability section (off / on / alert, set + reset). webhook.ping now notes the colors array on pong.
  • .claude/skills/sync-objects/ deleted. It described regenerating types into packages/client/src/objects, a package refactor: replace the custom client with @gathertown/webhook-object-sdk #15 removed when the examples moved to the published SDK.

Test Plan

  • pnpm install --merge-git-branch-lockfiles, pnpm lint, pnpm build, pnpm test: all green locally (12 tests across 5 files).

Note

Low Risk
Example dependency and documentation updates only; no runtime logic changes in this repo, though consumers inherit SDK 0.3.0’s Node >=24 requirement.

Overview
Bumps all example packages from @gathertown/webhook-object-sdk ^0.1.1 to ^0.3.0 (and @gathertown/webhook-object-types in claude-status), with pnpm-lock.yaml pinned to 0.3.0. SDK 0.3.0 also raises its Node engine to >=24.

docs/reference.md is aligned with the new SDK surface: variant is documented as a base capability on every preset (variant.set with color, colors from webhook.pong), the signal preset and events are added, preset capability tables include variant, and webhook.ping notes the colors field on pong.

Removes .claude/skills/sync-objects/, which described regenerating in-repo types from gather-game-logic—no longer relevant now that examples consume the published SDK.

Bumps the SDK and types pins from ^0.1.1 to ^0.3.0 so the examples pick up the `variant` base
capability, the `signal` preset, and the `colors` field on `pong`. Documents all three in the
Smart Objects reference and drops the `sync-objects` skill, which described regenerating types
into the `packages/client` package that #15 removed.
