Graph Streaming (GraphStreaming, DesktopStreaming, StreamingAPI, StreamingImpl, JettyWrapper, StreamingServer) and BoundingDiameters Suite (BoundingDiametersSuite, BoundingDiameters, BoundingDiametersUI) share one origin and one status across all their modules, so a single comment block now precedes each group instead of repeating it per module, per CONTRIBUTING.md's updated convention.
