Log lists truncated IDs to eight characters, including plain output read by agents. For UUIDv7 logs, those characters contain only part of the timestamp, so multiple entries can share the same displayed ID and copying it into
log viewcan fail or be ambiguous.Preserve full IDs in the shared formatter used by
log list, follow mode, andtrace logs, and keep the ID column unwrapped so IDs remain copyable. Adds regression coverage for colliding prefixes across both response shapes and output modes, plus command documentation.Validation: full workspace
pnpm run tsc,pnpm run lint, andTZ=UTC pnpm run testpassed on Linux x64 with Node 22. CLI: 508 test files, 10,604 tests passed and 16 skipped.
