Included fix

• Direct Claude agents activate stable and rolling prompt-cache breakpoints.
• Direct xAI agents use a stable, thread-scoped prompt-cache key.
• Bedrock/custom/OpenRouter/NVIDIA/ChatGPT and other routes remain unchanged.

• Merged-main Source CI: 33585027887 — passed, including typecheck, build, and 154/154 tests.
