概要

CardHeader の幅が足りないと、CardTitle が min-content まで縮み、日本語の見出しが 1 文字幅の縦書きになる不具合（#371）を直します。issue に挙がっていた案のうち、「CardHeader を flex-wrap にする」を採りました。

Sparkle Design MCP の Card ガイドラインでは、Header の解剖図が「Title + TitleSlot + ControlSlot」を全部使う形を既定にしています。この組み合わせは正しい使い方なので、JSDoc に「並べない」というアンチパターンは足していません（issue の依頼とは変えています）。

[word-break:keep-all] や shrink-0 で見出しを縮ませない案は採りませんでした。見出しが長いと、CardControl がカードの外にはみ出すためです。

変更内容

CardHeader に flex-wrap。入りきらないときは CardControl が見出しの下の行に折り返す
CardTitle に flex-wrap。見出しと CardDescription（Tag）が入りきらないときは Tag が次の行に回る
CardControl に ml-auto。折り返したときも右端に寄る（横並びのときの見た目は変わらない）
NarrowHeader ストーリー。幅 260px のカードで、見出しの文字が 1 行に収まることを play で確かめる

挙動の変化

幅が足りるときの見た目は変わりません。変わるのは「見出し + CardDescription + CardControl」が 1 行に入りきらないときだけです。CardControl が下の行に回ります。見出しが長めだと、これまでは横に並んでいた幅でも下に回ることがあります。
