deallocation_profiler_test sleeps for up to 1.0s per test case and 100 iterations x 5ms (500ms+) in ConcurrentProfilers, accumulating > 5.0s total wall time per shard. Reducing sleep durations by 5x exercises identical concurrent lifetime profiling state transitions while keeping all shards < 1.5s. PiperOrigin-RevId: 985318268
