…ross an event-stream reconnect

…m a removed selection

Right after a start OpenCode briefly lists models its config has not filtered
out yet; the bot read the catalog exactly then and cached it for ten minutes,
so removed models stayed in favorites, recent, providers and search, and a
removed selection was never replaced. Catalog reads in the first minute after
a start or /reload are no longer cached and the selection is re-checked
through that minute and once after it. The config model shows as a favorite
only while offered, a tap on a removed model redraws the menu instead of
selecting it, session switch and agent pick store the config model instead of
a removed one, and /opencode_start after a server stopped outside the bot runs
the ready refresh again.

…one and answer work there with a notice

On OpenCode V2, a folder the server confirms is gone (its listing fails
with a 500 and the parent listing no longer has it) is left out of
/recent, /sessions, /projects and the /worktree list without taking
places. A prompt, /new or /task in such a current project answers with a
notice pointing to /projects, or to /worktree for a gone worktree of a
repository that still exists, where /worktree then lists that
repository's worktrees. A scheduled run there fails with the folder-gone
reason. V1 is unchanged.
