Rewrites the README for first-time visitors: why the port exists, a three-step VS Code install, example prompts, and what each main skill does. Maintainer material moves to docs/maintaining.md.

Changes

  • README leads with the four ways pstack-claude silently breaks on Copilot, then install, usage, a skill table, a build diagram, security, and credits.
  • Options (hook off, models, version pinning) sit in a collapsed block.
  • docs/maintaining.md holds the update steps, static and live checks, and tested versions.

Verified: every relative link and anchor resolves; GitHub's Markdown API renders both tables and the collapsed block; skill (54), principle (23), and agent (12) counts match the tree.
