Remove slash from img tag in CONTRIBUTING.md file

What changes did you make?

• I removed a slash from an img tag in section 3.1.b, iv

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• These changes were implemented to align our use of the img tag with hackforla standards.
• For Reviewers: Do not test changes locally, rather test changes at https://github.com/kylea99/website/blob/img-tag-refactor-7835/CONTRIBUTING.md
