Adds a build-other matrix job that runs the same WASM, MicroHs and JS builds as build on:

  • macos-latest: macOS on Apple Silicon (aarch64-darwin)
  • ubuntu-24.04-arm: Linux on ARM (aarch64-linux)

It's a separate job with fail-fast: false, so a failure on one platform doesn't cancel the other, and it doesn't upload the Pages artifact or gate the deploy. The existing build job is unchanged.

Intel macOS (x86_64-darwin) is left out: nixpkgs 26.11 has dropped it, so the flake doesn't evaluate there.

The cachix cache is probably populated by Linux x86-64 builds, so the first runs on the new platforms may build more from source; the job has a 4-hour timeout. Checked with actionlint.

A build-other matrix job runs the WASM, MicroHs and JS builds on
macos-latest and ubuntu-24.04-arm. It is separate from the build job,
so it does not upload or gate the GitHub Pages deploy. Intel macOS is
left out, since nixpkgs has dropped x86_64-darwin.
