Adds HelioAI to the Documentation Hub homepage in preparation for heliophysicsPy/heliophysicsPy.github.io#388. Its MkDocs site is hosted on GitHub Pages rather than Read the Docs, so it belongs in the alphabetized Unavailable Packages list and is intentionally not added to the RTD search configuration.
Validation: the Sphinx build used by deployment completes successfully.
