Make datastream overview card scanable at a glance #528

In contexts on the Data Management App where users need to see all the relevant information of a datastream, they're presented with a modal that contains an accordion view of all the datastream's related tables like unit, processing level, method, etc. If the user wants to double check they're looking at the correct datastream, then need to click the 'view all metadata table, then click the relevant section, then scroll to the appropriate field.

Even better would be to slide in a full-page-height overview card with the most important information at the top and grouped information styled in a way that's more scalable at a glance. Attached is a low-fidelity prototype of the datastream details card.
