DWRi reported that some of their users are having a hard time logging in to HydroServer because 'continue with UtahID' appears below the username+password option on the form. They requested a hot fix for v1.12 that moves the OAuth options to be on the top of the form.
We decided the fix for v2.x of HydroServer is to hide the username+password fields behind a 'continue with email' option. I'll add that in a followup issue.
