The fake panic-attack command previously emitted only stdout, so a test could pass even if the workflow accidentally mixed scanner diagnostics into the JSON findings. Emit a diagnostic on stderr and add a planted regression that combines both streams; the regression must fail while valid JSON reports still pass.
Validation: the actual workflow-step regression suite passes valid and critical reports, malformed payload rejection, stderr contamination rejection, and clone/dependency/build failure controls. Incorporates the late CodeRabbit finding on #67.
