Updated Trivy database repository URLs to use GitHub Container Registry (GHCR).
Description
Switched the Trivy database repository from public.ecr.aws/v2/aquasecurity/trivy-db to ghcr.io/aquasecurity/trivy-db to avoid rate-limiting issues with Amazon ECR Public.
Previously, requests to ECR Public were failing with the following error:
