feat: Glucose Guard iOS branding and TestFlight apply step - #1

Pull icons and the app display name from glucose-guard-design after the upstream fork sync, then keep the existing Fastlane TestFlight publish path. Bundle the design/web/k8s tree until the standalone GitHub repo exists. Co-authored-by: iDustBin <iDustbin@users.noreply.github.com>
Remove the web shell, Kubernetes manifests, and web CI from this fork. TestFlight still applies icons and the GlucoseGuard display name after the LoopKit sync. Co-authored-by: iDustBin <iDustbin@users.noreply.github.com>

Step 1 is iOS only. This fork brands Loop as Glucose Guard and publishes to the existing TestFlight account.
LoopKit/LoopWorkspace.Scripts/apply_glucose_guard_branding.shapplies the robot-cross app icons andMAIN_APP_DISPLAY_NAME = GlucoseGuard.glucose-guard-design/in this repo (logo, iOS/watch override catalogs). WheniDustbin/glucose-guard-designexists, the script prefers that remote.build_loop+releaseis unchanged (same secrets, same TestFlight).Not in this PR
Web dashboard, Kubernetes, live CGM/pump values, Withings, Rex.fit, and custom Omnipod DASH patches. Omnipod Keep Alive still comes in via the LoopKit sync.
