Frontend for h3-studio#552 (backend must deploy first).

• Admin, Users, Manage: '以 TA 的身份只读查看' (non-admin users only; needs the reason field). It starts a view, stores it in sessionStorage (this tab only) and opens the site.
• cloud-client sends X-Support-View on every request and support_view= on native media URLs. support_view_* refusals show plain messages ('只读查看中，不能修改。').
• A red banner on every page shows whose account it is and the minutes left, with 'End'. End posts without the view header and returns to the Users page.
• Tests: support-view.test.js (expiry, malformed id, end). Suite 880 pass, lint/format clean.
