• Studio tabs (Quick Create, Works, canvas):
  • hidden tabs no longer poll; focus still rechecks the session at once;
  • jobs refresh every 5 s only while a job is active, otherwise every 20 s;
  • /api/auth/me once a minute instead of every 5 s;
  • availability every 30 s instead of 10 s.
