Design half of inkseq/h3-studio#699 item 4. It pairs with the server compiler change in inkseq/h3-studio#702.
describeShotnow adds the；name：descriptionsuffix only when the look or place version has a description. A look with no description (for example the assistant's "默认造型") no longer leaves a dangling；默认造型：in the preview. This matchescompile_draft. 877 tests pass.
