Split the story chat event reducer into a handler table and moved the "file dropped on a profile" branch out of the storyboard drag handler. No behaviour change. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

applyEventinstory-chat-model.jsis now a table of event handlers, withaddMessageandprojectChangedsplit out.onDragEndintodropOnProfile.The complexity ratchet drops from 83 to 81; max-lines stays at 49. 878 tests pass.
