El código es de ITH. Pasa de MIT ("Sifende CLI Contributors") a Apache-2.0,
como sifende-node, sifende-go y sifende-mcp: suma la licencia de patentes
y la aclaración de marca. Agrega NOTICE y actualiza el README y el CHANGELOG.
