Upstream jfrog-skills renamed jfrog-ai-catalog-skills to jfrog-ai-catalog, jfrog-package-safety-and-download to jfrog-package-curation, and added a new jfrog-init skill. Sync VENDOR.md's example tree to match. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
pack:check's require() list still pointed at the old jfrog-package-safety-and-download path, so the npm tarball check failed after the v0.37.0 skill rename (CI job: pack:check). Point it at jfrog-package-curation instead. Also bump package.json to 0.4.0 (minor) so this vendored-skills update ships as a new plugin release per release.yml's version-file gate.
