Before: D1 in docs/release-2.0.md said the error contract (0250) might change how an out-of-range
Value(uint64_t)is reported, and the API wave did not list the implementation tasks that came out of 0250.After: D1 records the 0250 outcome that Ruslan approved at 12:24: the throw stays, typed as
jinja2::Exception{IntegerOutOfRange}. Section 2 and gate G1 now list 0253 (error contract P1), 0262 (Settings::Limits) and 0266 (ConfinedFileSystem) in the API wave.How: a docs-only edit to one file. The three tasks are referenced by number because their files land with #584.
