This adds a repository-wide CODEOWNERS rule so changes in jmlrt/dotfiles consistently route code ownership to @jmlrt. The update uses GitHub’s preferred .github/CODEOWNERS location and keeps the change scoped to a single ownership rule.

  • What changed

    • Added .github/CODEOWNERS
    • Declared @jmlrt as the owner for the entire repository
  • Why it matters

    • Enables automatic review requests for changes covered by CODEOWNERS
    • Establishes a single default ownership rule for all paths in the repo
  • CODEOWNERS rule

    * @jmlrt
