Removing the Link card test field is a breaking SDK/API contract change for integrators who relied on test credentials; payment vault behavior is otherwise doc and typing updates.

Overview
Release 0.100.0 bumps package version metadata and changelog; the functional change is in vault card APIs aligned with provider fixes.

Vault cards: Link card specs no longer expose a test field—types, params, and docs now state that only live payment cards are supported and test-mode creation is not available. AgentCard card copy is updated the same way. Card spec descriptions on upsert/update and on VaultItem responses are unified to that live-only messaging.

Operations: perform_operation docstrings now document HTTP 429 with error code spend_request_rate_limited when spend-request creation is rate limited, with guidance to back off before retrying.

Tests: Generated vault item tests drop "test": True from Link card request payloads to match the new schema.
