Note

Medium Risk
Adds required response fields (expires_at, entitlements vaults) and new enum values that can break strict client parsing; vault limits align with plan enforcement on the API.

Overview
Release 0.101.0 bumps package metadata (pyproject.toml, _version.py, release manifest) and documents the same feature set in CHANGELOG.md.

The SDK models now reflect vault plan controls: organization entitlements expose a vaults feature flag and max_vaults limit; OrgLimits adds max_vaults and vaults_used; vault upsert docs describe the free-tier cap (3 non-deleted vaults org-wide). Config analysis gains lifecycle guarantees via required expires_at, a new terminal expired status (also on RecommendationSummary.analysis_status), and updated failure messaging for expired runs.

ISP managed proxies document additional supported country values (US, GB, FR, DE, SG) across proxy create/list/response types and registry config. GET /org/limits client docstrings now mention vault usage alongside managed auth.
