Tests now run in the engine artifacts workflow The workflow used to only build artifacts and only triggered on staging pushes. Now PRs also trigger it, so changes get tested before merge: - Test jobs reuse build-output tars uploaded by the build jobs. 5 jobs run engine C++ unit tests, 13 jobs run a smoke test (dev/smoke_test/run.py) — in debug it launches the app on each platform and asserts hot reload (after a real source modification) and hot restart; profile/release verify the released compile. - Publishing to R2 still happens only on pushes to staging, and only after all tests pass.
