send CHAT --image PATHso screenshots and photos can be sent as native image messages. JPEG and still PNG inputs are validated and normalized locally, with explicit media capability checks, encrypted full/preview uploads, persisted message sequences, and single-attempt mutation outcomes. Generic--filesends preserve their existing behavior.Image replies are rejected because Chrome's media send path does not establish reply support. GIF/BMP/WebP, animated images, original mode, and native audio/video sends remain unsupported. Protocol evidence comes from the official Chrome extension 3.7.2; live LINE interoperability is unverified. Includes synthetic regressions and updates all four CLI guides.
Validation: full contributor race suite; goimports, go vet, staticcheck, and diff checks; macOS build/help; CGO-disabled Linux and Windows amd64 builds. No live LINE actions performed.
