Kroxylicious 0.24.0 has snapped 🐊 into existence!

As a maintainer group, introducing breaking API changes is something we are genuinely disappointed to do. We never take breaking changes lightly, but after careful consideration, we determined this shift was unavoidable to secure the long-term stability of the project.

You kind of skirt around the core message we need to communicate. I suggest being direct.

Unfortunately, this release makes a breaking change to the public Filter/Router APIs. If you've written your own filter or router, you'll need to make small/easy code changes before you can adopt this release. We've shipped tooling to help you update your code. You can read more about why we needed to do this below.

I am not keen about leading with the bad news, but I agree it should be early and direct. Hopefully the version I've just pushed strikes the balance.
