Overview
Updates the cpp-linter GitHub Actions workflow to pin
cpp-linter/cpp-linter-actionat v2.22.0 (commitdacf512…), replacing the previous v2.21.0 pin. The inline release comment is folded into the action line.No other workflow inputs change (still uses clang 15, same tidy checks,
files-changed-only, etc.). v2.22.0 mainly adds optional LLVM 23 support in the upstream action; this repo does not switch clang version in this PR.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 2834b53. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo. Configure here.
