Add bounded visit sequences and input shortening for multitape Turing machines, building on #772. Matching boundary symbols and visit sequences allow an input interval to be deleted while preserving storage reached outside it. The PR also adds
DecidableInSpaceand supporting counting and asymptotic lemmas.
