KGSL previously disabled persistent coherent buffer mappings for every process. This removed GL_ARB_buffer_storage and caused regular OpenGL applications to expose only an OpenGL 4.3 compatibility profile.

Keep persistent mappings enabled for ordinary KGSL OpenGL clients, while retaining the existing non-coherent mapping behavior when the Termux VA bridge is active. Detect bridge processes through TERMUX_VA_BRIDGE or LIBVA_DRIVER_NAME=termuxva so the presence of a shared termux-va socket does not affect unrelated OpenGL applications in the same desktop session.
