Partners who run both an agency and an affiliate account now get a clear answer when Create Link gives a plain link with no tid: they are in the agency workspace. The fix is the first thing each page says.

Fixes LIN-3934 (child of LIN-3929). Triggered by Performance Launchpad on 21 October 2026, who signed in to their agency login and kept getting ?c=Cashe links, because their affiliate workspace is on a different login.

Changes

• affiliate-partners/create-campaign-link and agency-partners/create-campaign-link: new troubleshooting entry "Create Link gives a link without parameters" (switch to the affiliate workspace, or get invited from Settings → Members → Invite).
• Same two pages: new section "Run both an agency and an affiliate account" (how to tell which workspace you are in, links for your own network must come from the affiliate workspace). It links to the existing add-account pages instead of repeating them.
• affiliate-partners/tracking-links: new troubleshooting item for c with extra text after the code (c=GnnkWE_Quickadsmedia_PRN_0806 is not found). The CLICK_ID instead of tid case was already covered, so it is unchanged.

Testing

• Labels checked against dashboard origin/main: Partner accounts, Affiliate account / Agency account subtitles, Affiliate / Agency tags on the picker, Affiliate Settings Members tab, Invite button.
• One independent Opus review against dashboard, hazelnut and ts-backend code. It found two Major issues (the highlighted-row claim was wrong on All Campaigns, and "agency links carry no click ID" ignored the affiliate Ad Channel case) and three Minor ones (invite must be accepted from the emailed link, Members tab hidden while PENDING, not every network has s2). All fixed in this PR.
• npx mint broken-links: no broken links in the changed pages. It reports 7 existing ones under skills/, not touched here.
• No em dashes added.
• Not tested: a rendered page with mintlify dev (not installed on this VM). No screenshots yet. They will follow once LIN-3930 ships the new UI.
