**Usability**
- Provide a Logos Basecamp app GUI with local build instructions and loadable in Basecamp
- Serve pre-built in a [Logos module catalog](https://github.com/logos-co/logos-modules-release-base) for easier installation to Basecamp
- The forum must be functional, and usable by a non-expert: coherent navigation across topics, browsing messages, and clear error/pending states. This is judged against overall impression rather than a checklist: evaluators will use the forum as an ordinary user is expected to.

Do we want to hint that new users or offline users should be able to access messages?

Intentionally not explicitly stated, and captured in: "evaluators will use the forum as an ordinary user is expected to". I want to see human interpretation/judgement applied without being too explicit in feeding applicants' AIs
