Relocks logos-protocol onto 0.15 (logos-co/logos-protocol#102), which removes the tcp and tcp_ssl transports. Stacked on #172.

  • The README's transports table now lists what the runtimes serve: LocalSocket, QtRemotePlain, Inproc and TlsTcp. It also says that tcp and tcp_ssl are refused.
  • The nix comments name tls_tcp in place of TcpSsl.

The generated glue's LOGOS_PROTOCOL_VERSION_MINOR >= N guards all still hold, so no code changes.

Verification: this repo's CI (it runs on stacked PRs).
