tutorial: cover LGX workflows and typed calls

The tutorial set did not show how to assemble and sign multi-variant LGX packages or how generated C++ and Rust clients handle the full type surface, returned domain errors, and per-call deadlines.

This adds two executable tutorials:

• an LGX workflow covering create, add, merge, inspect, extract, verify, sign, and keyring usage, including duplicate variants and trust reporting
• paired C++ and Rust modules that exercise all supported parameter and return families and cross-language synchronous and asynchronous error and timeout handling

It also adds generated example sources, links the new material from the developer guide and existing module tutorials, and runs both tutorials in CI.

Validation:

• LGX tutorial: 22/22 steps passed
• method and types tutorial: 6/6 steps passed, including 31 type round trips per provider and both C++ → Rust and Rust → C++ call checks
• generated Markdown matches the YAML specs
• all tutorial YAML parses; run.sh passes shell syntax validation
