Add green cmp_ne/gt/gte/lt/lte, not, and scalars suites to ./ci. List compare files one per line in ./go after membership, with a backslash on every line except the last so prove still runs the full suite.
README, releasing.md, and the unreleased changelog now name the green ./ci suites (cmp_*, not, scalars) and the language they cover.
Keep the green bar as a subset of ./go so a file diff only shows the comments and the still-red access/membership suites.
Match README, releasing.md, and the unreleased changelog to the reordered ./ci prove list.
GitHub-hosted ubuntu-24.04 has 4 cores on public repos and 2 on private. nproc picks that up on CI and matches the local machine.
