…ne Migration style The header no longer says the repository has no tags: every version from 0.0.1 to 0.4.0 is a tag, and each heading now carries its compare link and the tag's date in the form release-please writes. Every release has a Migration section in the same form; 0.2.1 gains an explicit None. The 0.4.0 entry drops its task number and the old generator paths. No Unreleased section: release-please writes the next entry from the merged pull requests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Fixes #12
README, DocC and CITATION were brought up to 0.4.0 in #23 (install line
from: "0.4.0", badges, DocC link, the standalone note, the 0.3/0.4 API in the DocC catalogues,versionanddate-releasedin CITATION.cff). This PR does the last bullet, the CHANGELOG:## [x.y.z](compare) (date)).### Migrationsection in every release (0.2.1 gains an explicit "None").[Unreleased]section: release-please writes the next entry from the merged PR titles, so a hand-kept Unreleased section would go stale.Tests: docs only; CI's CHANGELOG check still reads
0.4.0as the top version (its regex accepts## [).🤖 Generated with Claude Code
