Víctor Jean Pierre Mandujano Gutierrez

Senior software engineer and tech lead, Lima, Peru. Ten years building and leading production systems, now working agent first: I run the full development lifecycle with AI agents, and I help engineering teams adopt them under whatever policy their organization allows.

Currently Fractional Tech Lead at Rumbo and founder of Deep Skill, a deep tech company for the mining sector that builds entirely with agentic AI and a very small team.

Before that: API Tech Lead and Engineering Manager at Scotiabank's Digital Factory, and founder and CTO of Deep Pit Technology, acquired by Stracon Tech.

How the work gets found

open-source-builder is the agentic system behind the list above. Claude Code agents discover active projects in my domains, curate contribution opportunities from issues with healthy communities, and report what is worth the time. The contributions are the output; this is the method.

Two domains, on purpose

Infrastructure, observability and testing on one side. Computational geoscience on the other, which is where a geological engineering degree from UNI stops being trivia and starts being useful: SimPEG, Harmonica, xDEM, SeisBench, DAScore, TorchGeo.
