Replace /data/user/activity with /user/contributions - #1291

Conversation
/data/user/activity returned recent actions for any OSM user ids, or for every user with osmUserIds=-1. Its feeds of other users' activity are being removed along with GraphQL to reduce the user data the app exposes, so remove the endpoint. The remaining callers only show the logged-in user's own activity: the dashboard contributions timeline and recent challenge in the old frontend, and the dashboard Contributions section in v4. Serve them from GET /user/contributions, which requires authentication and only returns the caller's own recent task actions. The response is documented inline so the generated client type has created as an ISO 8601 string, which is what the API returns.
