@james-hill-matomo We don't need to create phpstan/phpstan.created.neon and phpstan/phpstan.updated.neon ?

Superseded by the shared Plugins CI umbrella, which now provides PHPStan, PHPCS, the licence check and the pre-push hook for this plugin.
