Adds
docs/hero.py, which runs the package on a small case and draws the result as an animated SVG (docs/src/assets/hero.svg) withplasma_plots.hero, and amake docs-herotarget to redraw it. The theme shows it on the home page once it supports site figures (max-models/starlight-theme hero-figure); redrawing needs plasma-plots withplasma_plots.hero.
