Builds the kernels with cunumpy's
KernelPackage(max-models/cunumpy#118):mpifield.kernels.KERNEL_PACKAGEinkernels/__init__.pyreplaceskernels/_build.py,kernels/_metal.pyandkernels/compile.py. Every kernel folder callsKERNEL_PACKAGE.from_folder(__name__), the Metal versionsKERNEL_PACKAGE.metal_kernel(...). The build cache is stillMPIFIELD_KERNEL_CACHE.The catalog no longer exports
